The Company

Prospect Training was formed on 1 June 1983 in Conisbrough, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with one full time and one part time member of staff operating a Youth Training scheme. Since that time the company has grown and developed through direct contracts with a range of government and private organisations.

Such organisations currently include; Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Doncaster Primary Care Trust and the Institute of the City and Guilds.

As the focus of the training sector changes rapidly the company has consistently strived to respond positively and has earned a reputation for providing a high quality service that fully meets the needs of its customers. We are dedicated to delivering excellence and value the opinions of everyone involved in that process. Prospect Training has achieved the ‘Customer First’ kite mark.

The company’s development strategy is now targeted at promoting our success to a wider market. During the past five years our staff have been fully employed with repeat business from satisfied customers. As a result of endless word of mouth telephone calls from potential customers we have come to appreciate our expertise could assist other organisations in developing their workforce to enable them to achieve their business goals and objectives. Subsequently we have actively undertaken a period of internal growth and are now prepared to realise that challenge.
