As an NHS Trust we approached Prospect Training at a point in time when we wanted to step up significantly our investment in leadership and management development. Our choice in working with a credible and reliable partner was influenced from their past experience of NHS projects and programmes, but also their flexibility of working with our own expertise and ideas.

The size of one particular programme scared us, yet they responded reassuringly and professionally; understanding the inevitable teething problems and happy to make suggestions when we asked.
